Our flying field is an AMA field. Anyone wanting to fly must be a current AMA member and follow AMA rules. We use a control pin system and any radio brought to the field must be off until you have the pin for that radio's channel.

Flying is not allowed before 12 noon on Sundays.

• Exit I-40 at Oxford School Road (136)
• Go North on Oxford School Road
• Go 0.2 miles after the intersection with Rock Barn Road and turn right at the Catawba Valley R/C sign

• Exit I-40 at Rock Barn Road (133)
• Exit on to Rock Barn going North
• At the intersection of Rock Barn Road and Oxford School Road, turn left
• Go 0.2 mles and turn right at the Catawba Valley R/C sign.
